PPA masterbatch is a high-concentration concentrated masterbatch made by blending and modifying PPA resin as the base material with various functional additives (such as fillers, reinforcing agents, flame retardants, colorants, etc.), mainly used to improve the performance of downstream plastic products or endow specific functions.

• Reduce extrusion pressure and torque: By forming a dynamic lubricating film on the metal surface of the extruder, it significantly reduces melt fracture, lowers extrusion pressure and temperature, and increases production capacity by about 10% - 15%.

• Reduce die - mouth material accumulation: Optimize melt fluidity, shorten the cleaning cycle, and reduce the scrap rate.

• Improve production efficiency: Simplify the processing flow, reduce shutdown and maintenance time, and be applicable to various resins (such as PP, PE, PVC, etc.).

2. Optimization of Product Performance

• Surface quality improvement: Enhance the gloss, colorability, and print adaptability of products, and reduce problems like crystal spots, haze, and gel.

• Enhanced thickness uniformity: Improve the smoothness and thickness consistency of film materials, and reduce wrinkles and shrinkage deformation.

• Abrasion resistance and scratch resistance: Improve the surface abrasion resistance of products and extend service life (especially suitable for outdoor products).

3. Special Environmental Protection Characteristics
